Refund Requests Within 24 Hours: If you’d like to cancel your order, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. Please reach out to us promptly to ensure the cancellation can be processed.

Refund Requests After 24 Hours: For orders placed more than 24 hours ago, a full refund will not be possible. After this time, the order typically moves into processing and is prepared for dispatch to customs, making a full refund ineligible.

Partial Refunds for Late Requests: If your refund request is made after the initial 24-hour window, we can offer a partial refund, up to 50% of the total amount, due to the expenses involved in retrieving packages from customs.

No Refund After Shipment: Once your package is shipped and a tracking number has been issued, refunds will no longer be available.

Insurance and Customs Concerns: All packages from RollsVape are insured. In cases where a package is held at customs and not released, a full refund will be provided.

Delivery Issues or Incorrect Addresses: If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or other customer-related issues, the cost of reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
